Wayne Rooney has left Manchester United to rejoin Everton for an undisclosed fee. The 31-year-old signed a two-year deal at Goodison Park after leaving Old Trafford.Everton manager Ronald Koeman told the club's official website: "Wayne has shown me that ambition that we need and that winning mentality -- he knows how to win titles and I'm really happy he's decided to come home.
Arsenal have signed Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon for a club-record fee, reported to be around 53 millons euros.The deal is a massive boost to manager Arsene Wenger, who has finally landed the type of elusive top-class striker he has been seeking for years. Lacazette scored 37 times in 45 games last season, and has netted at least 20 league goals in each of the last three seasons.Wenger said: "We are very happy to have Alexandre join our group. He has shown over a number of years that he can score goals and that he is a very efficient finisher.
